Shipping

All orders are dispatched from Gladstone, Queensland, Australia. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Once your order has been packed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

We're a small business run by one human and four greyhounds, so while we do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible, processing times may be a little longer during new releases, sales and other busy periods. We really appreciate your patience and support.

All parcels are shipped via Australia Post with tracking available.

International Orders

We ship worldwide from Australia.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees when they arrive in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we're unable to predict if these charges will apply or estimate the amount, as they vary between countries and are assessed by local customs authorities.
